and if anybody sez ron is a crook, i will contest it..the man is very driven and serious about making up for lost time..he is not shady..i know i'm gonna do business with him..he is sacrificing all to make amends with people, to the detriment of himself..give him a break, and buy now..

ima work with him on some real race designs, if he will let me..

i bet in the end, you will wish ya bought a set while they are "cheap"..help the brotha out..(he loves pontiacs)..

Yes, Silverbird I have you on the list.

I haven’t had a whole lot of time for at least a week now, I haven’t been working on the headers as much as I would have liked to or needed to between many other things that have little to do with actual building but more with the business end of it. Like distributors, finances & other cr@p. So I’m sure there’s been a few guys thinking I ignoring them

That & also the problem with only having the internet at home 20miles from the shop & having no phone at all. This makes it very hard to take care of communication with customers or suppliers. I hope to have this portion of the problem solved shortly.

There may be a huge improvement around here very soon & will not only greatly help with materials purchases but also will help in many ways that will speed up the process. I may get the much needed funding I needed.

So in the next few days the discounts will most likely end. Except for the guys that have already signed up for the sponsors before I get the funding. Because the sponsor deal wont be needed anymore. The pricing will then reflect the pricing at today’s cost’s & not the pricing years ago of .

Ok guys the funding has come through. So there will be some restructuring of things around here in the next few weeks. TIN TIGR & I have partnered up & this will make a lot of new resources available. Ron Clark AKA TIN TIGR brings many things with him like tools, workers, funding & vehicles for pattern making along with new insight & knowledge in other areas.

Tomorrow I will get the ball rolling to get the needed materials here in a week. Then after all materials arrive there will be a two week building process that will get all orders placed completed & shipped. This should take care of all past orders & any new orders up to this date.

I posted yesterday that once the funding comes in that the new discount would no longer be offered. This is true but just to be fair it will expire tomorrow at 5pm Ca time. So let me know & make arrangements before that time.

Oh & David (roadrage) your 2" O-port 1st gen bird tri-y headers will be started 1st thing after those sets mentioned above are completed. Along with a few 2nd gen O-port 2" tri-y headers. I cant wait to show pics of those!!

I was the pending order...Ron money order in the mail, so I'm in.

I was lucky enough to have received a set of headers from the first batch. Everyone who has seen the TriYs mentions how nice they fit. Now I'm really excited to have TriYs that fit my 69 GTO too.

Ron so glad your back at this again. The TriY design is excellent, you have a great product.

Wow, with funding in place you can go anywere. I think the other car manufacturers would benefit from tri-y's too. You have a great product, expect good things to happen now.
Just make sure you can protect your product, or at least be first to market to establsh brand identity.
Good Luck Ron.

I really like what you are doing here, only problem is I am a few years out as the car is all apart and getting the body redone.

Tin Tigr Wat can i say Thanks for useing your car for a mokup, your,n Oak hahahahahhahaahah. you two can be the end of my header dilema!!! as Ground clearense is amust.
this is how we compromised.. chek pictures. i am(was) running the best headers in the world in my opinion.
Indian adventure 2 inch primary long tube headers with 3 1/2 inch colecters. each individual primary is atachst seperatly to the heads!! so getting them on was/ is EZ, but as you can see ground clearense is a B..ch. and sins we do road racing we need the ground clearense . pictures show we where 2 inches to low with the headers, (stil have the headers would be a great drag race piece) .. right now we are converting the car into a 6 speed manual..

Those look just like my Mad Dog's I wonder he made them for IA? They also are about 2" lower than they really need to be. I wish there was another 2" primary choice but there just isn't for my D-port 67 GTO.

By the way, that exhaust system fab looks great David. You are a craftsman.

Gearbanger unfortunatly im not the fabricator hahaha.
Here are 2 other pictures of the exaust.
witch we sins then took of, as it is 2mm(0.079 inch) thick and sins we are roadracing the car, we try to loose as mutch weight as we can.
so we just orderd 1,2 mm(0.043 inch) stainles steel.

The exaust wil be welded on bij a former BMW F1 exsaust specialist who till 2 ore 3 years ago did the F1 systems for them..

The Tri-y Headers wil defenatly need to show there potentional on this build. looking at the firering order of the pontiac engine and the 2 inch primary,s of the headers made me a beliver that you dont ""nesersarely"" need long tube headers on a High perf engine. primary size and colecter tube size can make it work, and save up lots of room . and in my case give me plenty of ground clearense .

I have a compleat exaust system and headers for a V8 star GT3 race car who have 700 hp LS7 engines build bij this F1 Exaust builder . i mentioning the small tube ""size"" of the headers and the exuast system (1.8 inch primarys!!!) and said those where to small .
he said we use diferend calculations in building systems. stil told him i whant a 3 inch exaust tho lol. his work is state of the art . 0.043 thickness and seamles welds!!!..PS picture of the is the diferense between ""Pipes Exaust"" and my custom welder(not the F1 welder)

Hey guys, is there anyway to verify that the 2" o-port first gen Firebird headers fit an IA or a IAII block? I don't know if it makes a difference. The reason I am asking is I am needing a set of 2" primary tri-y's for my 67 Firebird. I haven't decided heads yet, but if I run e-brocks or Tigers I will need a set. I know Maddog's sight says his 2" o-ports don't fit IA blocks. Anyway just thought I would ask.

A couple thoughts that come to mind are:
1) O2 bungs
2) Ball and socket collecters.
Congrats to all involved!
