He is in jail partly because my boss found a 45 foot boat abandoned on a beach and claimed salvage rights to the boat. Turns out the Barefoot Bandit stole the boat to move from Marsh Harbor to Eluthera where Steeven found it.

I agree 100%. I just can't believe how hard the media is trying to make him some sort of folk hero. He is a CRIMINAL nothing more nothing else. There is nothing 'cool' about this idiots crime waves. Lets see how you feel if he stole ur pride and joy and dumped it in a swamp.

Yes they are going to make a movie of it. My boss Steeven has copyrighted the pictures he took when he found the 45 footer and all of the effort he and his crew did to make the boat a non-hazard to navigation.
A TV network has already approached him for the rights of the photos.
The barfoot bandit is a crook and is spending time right now in the worst prison for him to be in right now.
