Default Fire in her belly 67 GP Hurst GP Convert

Just a FYI for you guys who maybe were wondering if I would ever start this car?

Yepppers,

Fire in her belly !!!!!

After being 180 out, no problems.

She screams hurt me. Sounds super healthy and the Waldron Exhaust sounds dead on.

Carb adjustments to come tomorrow after I drain the water and add coolant etc. Choke pull off box set too tight (rod seems to be a bit too short) butterflies not opening all the way when hot, idle adjustments, air screws, fast idle etc to be set after she settles down. (If she will).

Minor adjustments to dwell and timing.

Just got through the cam brake in cycle tonight.

On the way to the alignment shop now I can move her around.

Can't wait to get her on the street after 25 months being apart.

Thinking about a uTUBE video, if I can find someone who knows how to do it ??

Will post some more pics in a couple of days.

Whoopie, holy doodle, shucks and gosh darn !!

Congratulations!

Always a great feeling when they run for the first time. If I can help with the video, just give me a holler.

Joe from Waldrons emailed me also.

Gave him new pictures and measurements for the resonator tips to spec out the GP/Catalina frame.

Thanks again for your input.

Will let you know about the video.

We used some, some wasn't 428 stuff, been so long ago I don't remember.

Every little bit of help along the way has been greatly appreciated.

Email me private and I will get you some pictures.

As for DOG slow, don't know yet, big car but sure sounds like it wants to run.

Thanks again,

Mike,

Hope you don't mind, but I have tried to find all the pictures you put up on here and put them into a Photobucket slide show for all to enjoy.

Thanks Charles, I hope people will enjoy your efforts.

Will post so people will know its there.

It takes a lot of time and effort, of which I have little extra right now, so I do appreciate it greatly.
