Default 67 Firebird Headers

Any suggestion on how to fix a situation where someone installed a set of headers with oval ports on a 67 Firebird 400 with the original 670 heads? There are exhaust leaks and we have tried oval gaskets and they do not align to the bolt holes. We have tried D port gaskets and they do not align with the oval headers!!

Other then new headers, does someone have a suggestion on how to fix this situation? This Firebird is a #s matching car with a 400 cu in and Factory AC so the Passenger Side of the engine is very difficult to work on!!! As it is, the power steering hose has to be removed on the Driver's Side to move the header enough to remove the gasket and install a new one.

Suggestions??????????????????

Thank you very much for your response. I will do some research and see what I can find. Again, thanks.
