Red face decklid decal

Guys,

Got too hurried and placed the GTO decal too high and to the left on the trunklid years ago. Should I heat this up (hair dryer) to carefully remove it?

Have the replacement now.

I always thought it made more sense to place it on the left side (and I did too)as that is where the trunk light was...

These decals come off pretty easy. You will not need a hair dryer. Just take your time peeling it off. Once the decal is removed, polish out that area with some car cleaner/wax.
