Default "TAPS" The full version

I spent 27 years in the military and never heard this full version of TAPS before, very moving. One of my old shipmates sent it to me, the young lady is very good.

Agree, Bill she was very, very good.

I noticed that the link had a couple of other versions that I listened to that were well done also.

I copied the links and will play them occasionally for my fallen friends.

Thank you for the "Taps" link and Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I cannot listen to 'Taps'.Any time I hear it I start to cry and get cold sweats.I try to avoid it if I can.My uncle was a well-know hunter here.He was an avid big game hunter here and in Canada. In 1981 he was shot and killed on opening day of buck season before sunrise. He was in his early 40's.He was also in the Marines reserve unit here.At his funeral 'Tap'was played along with the '21 gun salute'.The first time I ever heard 'Taps' at a funeral.I was really 'moved' by it and ever since then I start to breakdown as soon as I here it.

goatman65 I am with you, I feel the same way when I hear our national anthem also. I get choked up. this version is very nice but it is not the same as the military version.
I remember when I was a youngin we use to go camping @ fish creek in NY, every evening after sunset we would would go out in the boat & my dad would play taps on his bugle.
