That is not a silver bead, that is still the argent paint you are seeing. In that picture the light is reflecting off of it causing it to look shiny.

...Gotcha..But now my dilemma...It would be nice to paint the whole grill the argent but..I dont wanna get the pebble paint on the EGG CRATE..cause that should still be a flat surface..?? right..?? so then I still have the FAT FINGER dilemma and gonna be hard not to get BLOW THROUGH since that 1/8 line is right next to the egg crate..

666, when you said "template", you nailed it. That's how they were done. Quick & dirty.

I think I sprayed the flat black first and then I used 2 inch wide masking tape across the center honeycombed area on both sides and did the edges in 1/2" inch masking tape. It stuck good enough to keep the argent off. Yes I would use the Mopar argent speckle paint as it is about 1/5th cost of the now unobtainable OEM Paint Honeycomb Spray Paint.

666, these look great.

Steve, is the argent supposed to have a texture to it? I have never seen a texture (like the honeycomb wheels) on the inside.

Do you suppose there is anyway to repair the honeycomb inside the grill? Right where the hood release lever is, there are some pieces broken out of the honeycomb pattern. Very noticeable.
