Default harmonic balancer

Will the 2 piece harmonic balancer off a 67 326 work on a 73 400 engine?

If it's a 6 bolt pulley bolt pattern. No, as you won't get your 73 pulleys to work and the early pulleys if you try and use them won't line up. Different length water pump hub.

But same hub and balance.

It is the six polt pattern. Im going to use the timing chain cover and pump off the 326 also.

Just remember that the alt and ps pulleys will need to be re-aligned also. Or use the 326 brackets too.

I would just buy a new balancer- less work than swapping timing covers, pulleys and brackets. It's also not a bad idea to pull your fuel pump and check the timing chain.
