Default Will these changes make a difference?

I have ran 12:40's with my current set up and for the last race of the year i would like to dip into elevens. I will change the following if it will shave the time...
1. remove exhaust from header back... anticipated gain... .3
2. change to a drag race wheel and tire in front(running MT ET Streets out back)...
3. loosen front sway bar to increase 60ft..
I think the last 2 should be good for .2 as well...what say ye...any suggestions or thoughts?

Don't want to burst your bubble, but if your running a decent exhaust system I doubt you'll lose .3,maybe .1 if you have full exhaust with tail pipes. On my Firebird I only lose .01-.02 going from open headers with a 3.5"x 12" extension to a reduced 3" xpipe with 3" Hooker maxflo's at the axle.Don't know what your 60's are but you could pick up a bunch from your other two mods listed.Maybe a 100 shot of N20 would get you there easier

Default 60

My best 60 ft is 1.89...plenty of room for improvement...thats for sure. I am running american thunder exhaust kit from summit..H Pipe set up...sounds as good as anything else I have listened to...it is only 2 1/2 inch tho...so may be a bit restrictive.

There`s one way to find out. 2 1/2 pipes might be restrictive on a 12.4 car. Need to see why you only get 1.90 60`s 1`st.

When I was in the 12's with a 3" pypes x change and race pro mufflers. Opening the cut outs was worth .2.
I have some collector extensions, 3" flange x 14" you can have cheap. They will help over running straight off the header flange. The 2 1/2" has to be restrictive. Also removing the weight always helps.

Remove the sway bar completely. That will help.

What traction devices are you using?

Shocks?

I have a set of Centerline wheels I removed after changing to Bogarts. Front are 3.5" with skinny tires. Rears are 15 x 10 with the Ford 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern.
Can you weigh one front and one rear tire and rim? You can find nice gains lightening up the wheels.

I removed about 140lbs last winter. No other changes.
No change in the 60 or the 1/8th.
Gained 1-1.5 mph, but still havent beat its fastest run.
Havent had enough time to test. Every time i plan to go something else happens.

HOW MUCH SHIPPED TO 56401?

Remove the sway bar completely. That will help. Is that safe?

What traction devices are you using? SLAPPERS!

Shocks? KONI ADJUSTABLE REAR...STANDARD FRONT

The difference between the back 2 has got to be 40lbs combined so the 3.5 fronts I will be using should be even more...

Also my buddy wants me to install wheel studs...is this neccessary? when I run my street wheel and tire combo its gonna look hella funny...any way around this?

BTY, my car runs the same with either 14x7 ralleys with wide radials vs lighter 15x4 Weld Pro Stars with 4" m/t tires.
But like said earlier, wont know till you try.

I lost 52 lbs in wheels and tires and picked up .18.

25.00 shipped? They cost me 40 to make but I have no use for them with 3.5" collectors.
