Default I can't believe I am still in the top ten

On ultimate gto that is, Down to #7 from #3 but still the car has been hanging in there for 5 years now. Kinda neat.

I figured I would check out the site since I haven't been there in a while, I am looking for a pic of a 72 white GTO side profile for a project I am up to involving installing side air extractors on a regular non enduro front end. I want to photoshop a set onto my car to see how it would look.

Pontiacpetey, where is your picture on the ultimate GTO site?

Also, 1970 GTO did you clear coat over your judge stripes??

Sweet! My old blue 71 car is in the top ten too and I didn't even know it! I've never see that section of TUGTOPS.

Growler,

When I put the stripes on (1988) they weren't clear coated. I have since removed them - I got bored of the look and everyone around here seems to have them now.

Thanks for the picture pontiacpetey, that is one sweet ride! No wonder it's still in the top ten.

Thanks for the reply 1070 GTO. I saw a picture of your car before & it looked like the stripes were clear coated over. I was wondering because I'm thinking of adding the judge stripes to mine. I thought they looked great on your red car.

Were they hard to take off & did you have to repaint the car after or were you able to rub it out? Just wondering in case I put them on my red car & then change my mind.
