Rob,

Question - what is the static cr?

and...

Do you run at Brainerd? I'm hoping to run the Real Street class this year if I can get the new motor sorted out. My brother ran it last year. Maybe I'll see you there?

We can have a Roots versus Turbo race... You should have me covered easy

Does the engine have oil return lines in the heads down to the pan?.
E heads are known to keep most of a quart of oil in them.
A engine like this should have 1/4"-3/8ths" return lines back down to the pan.

A Pic of the oil drains has been posted in the past by Old Man Taylor and a few others. Try this Post #8

ps If you go to SEARCH, then ADVANCED SEARCH, then OIL DRAINS, and click on the area of the search as RACE section you will find a bunch of info on this.

i want to give thanks to frank and bob, kevin , marcel and dave, and turbo dave for all the good parts and help. and to all the py guys for the input and nice comments

oh yeah and tom vaught wins the award for the closest hp guess. well its not really a guess when you know how to figure it out lol.
Has anybody done a step by step, "Here's how I built my turbo setup" for the traditional Pontiac v-8 on this board?

I built this last winter for around 2k, It's a blast to drive and makes more power than I can hook-up on the street.
