Degree Wheel Kit?
Is there really much difference between the different brands?
I'm considering the JEGS 11'' Precision Degree Wheel Kit. I have a crank socket already. What else will I need? Thanks! Jeff

IMO, i honestly dont think there's much difference. i've got the comp cams version, which looks similar to that minus the 5" indicator extension and the TDC attachment, mine only has the spark plug stop.
the "goodness" of them relies on the accuracy of the degreewheel and dial indicator. since most kits are priced around the same, i cannot imagine one have a vastly superior dial indicator. there's discussion on how accurate the 11 / 12" wheel is versus the larger 18" or whatever size they are, are. i dunno. bigger or smaller makes no difference to me as long as the graduations are correct. that kit looks to give you more for your money, and if i didnt already have the comp one, i'd be getting that.
