R.A.R.E exhaust products sells a complete oval system with special mufflers that have the inlet and outlet both on the same end so that you can use the oval side exit exhaust. Has anybody used this system or does anybody know how well the mufflers flow. I'm thinking of changing the mufflers so that I can get rid of my traditional tailpipes. I've called them and they can make the muffler with a round inlet and oval outlet, reason being I'm using ball and cone assemblies to connect the pipes to the mufflers now. I think the look of the 3inch oval tailpipe just in front of the rear tires would be cool looking. It's not a cheap swap but it's not something you see every day.
