WHAT IS THE CORRECT REAR AXLE COLOR Black or Natural

Q. I am restoring a 70 frame off GTO, Pics soon of the complete frame with engin, trans and rear installed soon, they will be my first pic poast and I am excited as this so far is a 2 year project.

All of the rear assemblies I have seen are semi gloss black with paint marks ect.

However the 70 GTO JUDGE from Transformation Restorations has a detailed natural color rear. This car was a canada build as mine is from Pontiac MI.

Is Jasons car correct for all GTO rear assemblies or only the Canadian built?

Any help greatly appricated
