Front sway bar bolt hitting upper ball joint??
Help, i jacked up my 67 gto to change over to disc brakes and the stupid bolt thats thru the lower a arm thats holding sway bar in is hitting the upper ball joint stud after its tightened up. What did i do wrong?? sequence is bolt then rubber bushing then washer then long filler tube then washer, then bushing and then same on top of sway bar. Its the same on other side and its not hitting on drivers side?? What did i do wrong??

Could just be that the endlinks are too long. Remove them, wiggle the sway bar where you want, and then measure between the LCA and the arm. Take that measurement to Autozone or the like - they have about 6 different lengths of Energy Suspension endlinks in stock.
Another solution is to turn the endlink bolt over so that the threads face down, that might gain you some clearance.

I think this is fine. Just put the weight on the wheels, problem solved?
I seem to remember when I assembled mine I had the same issue.

They sway bar ain't too far to the right or left is it? Make sure it's even on your frame brackets and double check the new end links with the old to make sure they're the right length.
