Question Relocate engine oil filter

I have put my 389 in a t bucket frame. the oil filter sticks out too far. I need to relocate. Is there a bypass or kit available to do this? If so where can I get it. Thanks for your input.

Relocation kits are in most of the major catalogs. Check to see if our host has this product.

There is a lot more to it than meets the eye and I could be mistaken but I don't think there is a decent "out of the box" kit available. Do a search on this site. There were a few good discussions about line size, bends, etc.

Arrow My remote filter setup..................

I used a Butler block adapter, Trans Dapt single oil filter adapter, and custom 1/2" I.D. (minimum size that you should use) stainless hoses, in the proper length to reach the passenger fenderwell mounting area.

Yes make sure the holes line up, all turns are radiused & edges removed, and proper size for flow. I use #10 line.
