Default Safelite auto Glass

A bunch of fkin idiots!!!!

They came over with the wrong windshield, said it wouldn't install because the windshield area needs to be repaired. This 20 year old kid proceeds to tell me this and that and how and why.The window he brought was about 1 inch to tall and 1 inch to wide. It had a tinting on the top of the window.

I told him to stick it and leave. :wife: :argue:

I then called up J and P auto glass, and during my nap, they came over and installed the CORRECT WINDSHIELD PROPERLY. A beautiful job! I am VERY happy!

After having the OEM windshield for so long, this one is SUPER CLEAR!!!!

:drum: :humble:

I don't know about other areas of the country, but Safelite in Massachusetts is terrible! The fleet management company that manages our van fleet used to require us to use Safelite for glass replacement. That is, until too many guys were having to have them come back and redo their faulty work.

Congrats on your new windshield Brandi! Get those damn headers in yet?

I believe it John, this kid/installer looked like he just stop the night befores drinking 2 hours ago.

The local guys did a bang up job.

I got as far as trying to loosen up the motor mount for my headder, to lift the engine up, cept I wasn't strong enough to turn it, so I need a pipe to extend the torque arm. theres only 1 bolt left in the headder, the other side isn't leaking.

it'll be soon...

If i cannot loosen the motor mount i will be force to have it done by the local shop. :(

You guys have got to be easier on them, its not that they are completely untrained and incompetent, they are tired, they have a night job counting how many cheerios go in each box:D I am agreeing with all, my opinion on that company is that they could not put glass in the kitchen cabinet correctly:clap3:
