4.5" bolt pattern on your 63. 4.75" 64 up.

I like the radir wheels with a satin center on 63s.

Whats the offset? Does it matter if they are 14 or 15", and what's the maximum width you can sneak on?

205/60 R15 they will rub on the fender wheel opening if I max out on a turn but backing off a fraction stops it.

They are a set of Mastercraft Avenger GT RWL tires, P215/65R15 for the front (26-inches tall and 6 inches wide) and P245/60R/15 for the rear (25.50inches tall and 8-inches wide). They are on a set of 15X7 American Racing chrome rims. American racing has them in stock for the 63 Lemans/Tempest with the proper patterns.

Default Torq Thrust D

I'm a huge fan of the Torq Thrust D style. It is a brushed aluminum rim, with what look like a rough grey powder coated finish on the 5 slightly bulged spokes. Topped off with a chrome 'bullet' center cap. Don't have a picture handy, but a simple search would yield one. It's not a flashy rim, but certainly nostalgic and a good match for my '62 4cyl car that is hardly a bruiser. Some day I hope to stumble across a deal like I passed up last year...

The 4.5x5 bolt pattern is common to Ford Mustangs (early?) and I believe certain year range of Ford Rangers, so if you're looking for used rims, these are possible matches.
