Default 62 Cat Linkage

Swapping the slim jim to a 400 turbo on my 62 Catalina. Using Bendstens adapter kit. My question to those in the know is what's available for linkage with this swap? Has anybody had to fabricate something? Wanting to keep the column shift.

I fabricated my linkage by utiliziing the shifter part from the original slim jim, which attached to the car and modified it with the shifter linkage that connected to the TH400.
