anyone know where I can get the plug for this, or a suitable replacement?

Hydro-E-Lectric in Florida (www.hydroe.com) sells the plug as part of a $15 seal kit that includes a few other rubber parts. Maybe they'll sell you one separately. But as engineer implies, the part isn't really much more than a rubber stopper.

I had a guy on Ebay rebuild mine in late 2005. It was about $70.00. It came back looking brand new. Had good instructions on refilling it etc. Real nice guy.
He has a website now.

Many years back I had Hydro-lectric rebuild my cylinders. They are good folks too.

3Deuce64,

The pump exterior is not damaged at all, just covered (~3/4) with black spray paint.

The rubber isolators/feet are missing or broken.
