70-72 Lemans sport
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the production numbers for 1970-72 Lemans Sport models with a factory 4 speed?

good question, I once owned a 72 lemans sport 350/2bbl with factory 4spd.and non endura front.

Production numbers are not known for the 4spd breakout for ALL '70-71 LeMans Sports & '72 LeMans Sport converts. Issue is complicated by 350 cars receiving Saginaws & 400 cars receiving Muncies. That said, any factory built 400-4bbl manual trans '70-72 LeMans is quite rare.

thanks guys,I think. I have a 1970 lemans sport that I bought 9 years ago with a 4-speed 400 ci. Found the build sheet and everything,says it has a m-21,which it does and a 400. But the 400 is out of a 68 gto. The guy I bought it from said the original motor froze up,He found this one cheap so he swaped.He THREW OUT the original 400.
