Not entirely true, I parted out a rusty and wrecked 1 owner 76 WS4, 400 auto with all the paper work from new and it had an open 2.41 code PJ rear

I agree......not all TA's came with posi rear.

Is there anything else under there that it would be wise to replace while I am doing this..... any bushings, shocks, ect? Also, what speedometer gear would I need to put in for a 3.23 rear?
