I have a 69 Bird with a four speed and installed Headman headers, I was unable to keep the back up light linkage because of the header fit.Does anyone have a good idea to remidy this situation?Maybe some sort of switch?

I just purchased a Hurst backup light switch and bracket from Summit:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...h.asp&x=27&y=6 I've been told these can also be used on stock shifters with slight modification. When the weather gets nicer around here I will install so I can't say how good it works yet, but I have done a lot of reasearch on these. According to the guys on Camaro Tech, these work great. |

Opps, the link brings you to 2 Hurst backup parts. The one I'm talking about is part # HUU-2480003. Click on that part and download the pdf instructions to see how it works.
