I haven't heard of either place - are they new on the scene? One place I can recommend for Pontiac engine work is Total Engine Service in Bloomington; they've built a couple engines for me with good results, and TININDN who posts here also uses them for his cars. They're not cheap but they're good.

How about this shop in ND. Adams Automotive. I noticed they do a lot more Pontiacs that any other shop around me but not sure of quality.

Extreme Engines is just down the street from me. Brooke is a great guy. He did a 455 for another neighbor and it ran strong, but he ended up selling the car to get married. He built a 350 chev for a good friend of mine last year and he is currently building a 600 horse +150 shot nitrous 454 for my roommate. I was hoping to have him build a 455 for my car, but waiting to see if tax returns will allow it. I would give him a call or stop in and check things out, he likes the high performance end of things and takes pride in his work. Let me know if you're in the area, always nice to meet another Pontiac guy.
