Car was sitting for the winter. Went to start up and it started up fine but, ther is some white smoke coming from tailpipe along with some water. Am I srewed? Do I have a head problem or (hopefully) just a problem because of sitting. I used Stabil. Thanks for any help.

just let it run for a while and see what happens i would not be worried yet

The water I bet is just condensation (sp?)
And if you saw the white smoke in the last few days, its because of the outside temp here is cold........j/k
