I see those harnesses on e-bay often, and they go for cheap. I am positive i saw 3 of them just last week. seasrch 8-track, if not there, hit the "completed items"
I buy alot of stuff cheap that no-ones even bids on!

I saw one of those harnesses go for over $300.00 on e-bay. I didn't believe it either. Anyway, I was told be a "radio" guy that these vary with the radio you had, so be careful. Ron

Hi, yes Ron you are correct. The 8-track harness used was different if you have an AM radio or if you had an AF/FM radio(mono) or I think you could even order a Stereo AM/FM & the wiring inbetween the 8-track player & the radio was different for at least if you had a mono radio or Stereo. I think there were at least 2 if not 3 different harennses plus the Firebird wires were even different from the GTO(A-body).
I think in the shop manuals they show some of the possible combinations.
Pete
