I think I may have posted this already, if so I'm sorry. I'm painting my car (70 GTO) on Jan 4 (finally!). I want to replace all the weatherstripping. Can anyone tell me what supplier has the most original in appearance, best price, and holds up the best? Any help would be appriciated.

I agree with Jim. Very original looking and great fit. Don't be overly generous with the adhesive.

Thanks for the info. I downloaded the catalog. Good tip on the adheasive, you could tell I'm the kind of person who believes the more the better.

There's several other topics covering this subject. SoffSeal and Metro both mfg high quality "soft" weatherstrip. ie; door, roof rail, trunk. Metro and several other lesser known companies mfg the "hard" weatherstrip. ie" Convertible roof rail, Quarter window, rubber bumpers. PY carries just about all the brands but we pick exclusively from U.S. sources and then the brands with the best value.(quality and price)

In this market, competition has worked excellently to keep prices reasonable and improve quality.

PY is a distributor for both Soffseal & Metro among probably another 10 sources for specialty hard rubber items.
