Probably not much difference.

What's wrong with the 4X's you have?

The 7H1 have a smaller intake valve, bigger exhaust than the 4X.
Probably about the same chamber size.

The 7HI heads have a 1.96 inlet and 1.77 exhaust with 80cc chambers, pressin studs.Have used these heads on a 400 fitted 2.11 inlets, screwin studs opened ports up and drlled and taped for end header studs. These heads need work but the potential is there (mill 0.050"=72cc chambers)

After 1973 when the 4X started then the 6X's, the heads are all basically the same except for combustion chamber sizes.

They are about the same CR as the 7H1, but have 2.11" intake valves and 1.66" exhaust valves, with screw in studs for the 74 4X's.

You could also do as Welsh said.
