Larry My Moroso connectors didn't have enough "drop" for the floor board so I had to section and drop on end down some to not cut up the floors

My garage mate runs an 8 second TT GN with T-tops. He tells me that the glass will actually start bowing around 160 MPH, but they haven't broken, yet. Plans are underway to replace the roof with a solid one.

skip, i'm using SSM(southside machine) connectors, which weld flush to the bottom of the front and rear subframes. they are designed with an offset in them so that floor cutting is not required.

Hey Robert J Stambaugh, tell us about your car. You remind me of a guy that claims to own a 1970 white GTO.

Ron

I don't own a Ford Cobra, real or replica, but I'd cut off my left nut to own one
Robert, nothing says you have to own a 'Pontiac' to admire them and be very knowledgeable about the subject. Life situations sometimes dictate some of us can only own one hobby car... I know, just ask my wife! Now, tell us more about all your hobby cars. Any of them have a Dr. Gas X-type crossover?

Hey-Robert,you're not from Groton. You're from Rhode Island.Come to Norwalk this year. And bring Bruce and Zedo with you.At least then there will be a remote possibility that one of you will be left after the event.

"My name is Elmer J. Fudd. Millionaire. I own a mansion and a yacht."

You're sounding like that old Bugs Bunny cartoon, Mr. Stambaugh. Can you do me a favor? Ask Lou how the other personalities in his head are doing.

The challenge is on Larry! My pig E head just ran 6.91 @98.9 in the 1/8th do the math for 1/4 mile!6.97 off the trailer(NHRA index shows close to a 10.70!)1.53 60 ft! 29.91 69 degrees, 90% humidity.

This poor mini tubbed Cutlass with a BBC and 12" slicks didn't know what that Pontiac with 9" slicks was running, "must have been spraying it!"

Man do I like this new A-1 convertor!

Larry, Two things I found I NEED now that things happen faster 1)rev limiter, over powered the tires bad
2)Line Lock-rear discs are getting hammered with footbrake burnouts

...over powered the tires huh?...no doubt with that 4.10 gear.
i don't know what to expect with the 3.23 gear in my car, as i had trouble planting the tires with my old motor.
its gonna be a handful trying to burnout with 3-pedals and 2 feet.
gotta go, its busy in the garage right now, fixing to shoot some color on that "one of a kind" shaker.
