What is the best way to remove paint from the urethane front/rear bumpers and the body spoilers? Should it be stripped or sanded off? Thanks.

I recommend sanding w/ nothing rougher than 220 op low DA RPMs, unless your extremely skilled at doing this.
I wouldn't use any kind of strippers, as they will compromise the urethane.
While you got them off, prep & paint (seal) the inside of them, as all urethanes (plastics) continually degrade in the atmosphere. It will prolong the life of the components.

Hey Gunner,
NAPA sells a stripper specifically made for Urethane bumpers. It's called "Urethane Paint Stripper" (Duh ). I've never used it but have talked to people that have and they say it works just like regular stripper but doesn't harm the bumper.
Much easier than sanding and you won't have to worry about sanding scratches.

I used the urathane stripper on my 70 nose..
It worked great.
It took a few application to get through 3 old paint jobs but it got right down the the base material.
I'd do it again.
