Your car is shagging ass man. Is your exhaust dumped or ran out of the back? I am running a 3.5" Dr. Gas x pipe with 2" headers and Dynomax Bullits dumped. I love the sound but the couple times I drove it to the track (25mi) it was the longest ride of my life. It got pretty annoying after a while. When I got out of the car my ears were ringing and my whole body felt numb.lol But, the people in disbelief that I drove it to the track made me feel better.

5.67 at 122.55 mph here. 467" stock block Pontiac (400 block). Edelbrock heads (no wide port). Victor intake, Pro Systems dominator. NO nitrous, all muscle. 2900 lb 72 Firebird. Should see low 60's, high 50's soon, the air is terrible here in Miami this time of the year!

Chopper that is what I have heard about the bullet mufflers, very loud. The exhust is just straight off the header with about 4' of pipe the muffler then with a 90degree turn to the side of car before the rear tires.

funny how all these cars seam to be runing these mid 5 second numbers but none of them are at the races ? why dont you guys run these cars? if there this fast then you will have no troble compeating should be an all doorslamer field in the q16 as well with all these 8 second cars around.

Unfortunately, my customer will not be at Norwalk for the Q16. He will be leaving July 21 to Honduras for a year, serving his country with the Army Corps of Engineers. When he gets back, he plans to attend as many Pontiac events as he can. For the doubters, my new website will be updated with a complete profile AND video of a 5.69 pass, complete with a pretty massive wheelstand....

That is sick man!! Would you mind putting alittle more depth in that combo (ie Cam, compression)? Is that on alc. or race gas?

Tom V.,
I am planning to go to Norwalk this year. So, if all goes well between now and then, I hope to see you there.

Awsome!! Regardless of what people say I think Pontiacs can be a strong competitor. I think alot more R&D is in the works, and in time more and more people will come around. Mid 5's on motor is just plain sick.

Yeah Joe, you need to remember to turn ON the camera!!!!

If you are going to 75-80 on Friday night, I will try again to get video.

Can you run the whole 1/4 or is it geared for the 1/8th?
