I haven't been a member here too long, but I have had my firebird 1 yr and have been steadily getting it going.

I know it is no "street king", but I am broke chiropractic intern and I don't graduate til' aug. this year.

I still think it looks good though... It is an original 400/ 4 spd car. engine/tranny have approx. 20k miles on them since rebuild. Engine is .030" over, RV cam, long tubes, torquer II intake, ported/polished 7K3 heads...... tranny is now a turbo 400 w/ cooler, shift kit and B&M mega shifter

How can you tell if a car was ordered w/ a rear console? There is a bracket inbetween rear seats like the one in between the front seats for the console... My 79' formula didn't have this, so I was curious on why it is there...

Hope you guys like it..

nice clean look, good choice for aftermarket rims. on the rear console?, if the bracket looks to have factory spotwelds holding it in place and is just like the front, then it probably did come with a rear console. to be certain, you'd have to get the sales/options invoice/info from phs to be certain.
