If you ever decide to sell your bird please let me know. It's one of the "wish list" contenders... blue/sandalwood. Thanks,RC |

Did it make a performance difference? I'm at a crossroads where I need to either rebuild my 2BBL or go with a 4BBL and new intake. Some people claim that there won't be much if any performance difference if I stick with the stock cam. The only thing that's not stock on mine now is the dual exhaust. Scheiny |

It is coming along well. Engine and trans are done and ready to go on the subframe. Subframe
needs steering linkage and brake system installed. I hope to have the drivetrain in it in the next couple of weeks. I am hoping that it will be driveable in late July or August, but there is alot of assembly to do yet.

OK, I wish it still looked like this...
Current plans 1. Fix it enough (not much) to get back on the road (been jonesin for a cruise for a few years) 2. Accumulate parts for future frame off resto (close to orig.). 70 Formula 400, 71 XY replacement engine (darn it), A/C, converted to 4 speed, original color silver.

The Phoenix has risen.
I actually bought the car to go with my exceptionally good looking dog. Still needs some work, but it's now residing in my garage instead of the mechanic's. |
