I need to replace the rubber grommet that the PCV valve fits in to on my GTO. Does it press fit in place from the top or is it a big deal to change. Thanks for your help.

Most of them are so hard and broken they are very hard to get out. If it accidently falls into the valley cover don't worry it cant go any where.

If you have any trouble getting the new one in just rub a little hand soap on it and that should help.
