Manifold heater hose Pipe Size 60 389
I don't trust this hose seen here on the left. Looks like someone used a wider hose and clamped it down to work.. Looking at other 389 photos I don't even see this on others. Perhaps because mine is a A/C car?
Anyway if you know if this is a 3/4" pipe coming out of here or 5/8"? Does it have a flange? I want to avoid pulling the hose just yet until I have a new one. It goes to a pipe that runs to the heater. Last edited by Burbach 174; 08-17-2022 at 04:20 PM. Reason: Cant see picture |

Thanks - Well that would explain why it looks squished so much more on that end. Now to find a tapered hose. I think I saw some generic silicone ones on ebay.

The curved fitting screwed into the manifold is 1/2 NPT pipe thread.
The heater hose size is 5/8”.
