Dad's 71 T-37 up for sale
My dad has decided to sell his 71 T37.This car is a great entry level car for someone to just get in a drive to cruise-ins. There are a couple of pics listed in my album here on PY. The car has a P350 with 94 heads, Crane cam (unsure of which one), HEI, Chevy 12 bolt (unsure of ratio thinking 3.42 ish). I replaced the two speed with a th350 and 2200 stall. the interior is in great shape. the car was originally green with green interior. The previous owner painted the car a great blue color and changed the interior to black. My dad has the protecto plate and some original info from the car. The car has ~67000 mile, I cannot confirm if original, but it seems so. I don't know if the engine is original or not. The previous owner patched the floor under the drivers seat to get by and has been in place for the last 8 years no problems, I would weld in properly. The wheels have been changed out to Rally II's from the solid aluminum. I changed out a Torker intake for a performer and put on a quadrajet, (I am keeping the quadrajet for a spare), I will put the holley back on which it was purchased with. He is asking 12,500.00 or reasonable offer. I can be contacted through PY or email at tjdjr1@verizon.net. Again it is not perfect , but a great solid foundation for another owner to take it to the next level. thanks, Tom

71 T-37
Does the car side track? Look's like the rear-end is really off center.

Not that I can tell I have driven it and drove behind it, does not appear to be off to me. I took pics today.

My parents have owned the car for about 8 years. The odometer had 66,000 roughly on it when we bought it for them, now 71000. Since they have owned the car I put on a good used rear bumper, changed the 2 speed trans to a th350 with 2200 stall (hughes), swapped out a torker intake for a performer, swapped out a 600 holley for a quadrajet, I put a new starter on 2 years ago, new battery last year. Stereo in the glove box which I have not filled in around yet, since selling probably won't. The only mark on the car since they have owned it is the mark on the rt front fender, all others were there when purchased. It has 4 tube headers and dual exhaust from previous owner. Car has only seen water once since purchased other than that it is never driven in bad weather. my email is tjdjr1@verizon.net or PM me, I will try to answer questions asap, car is only being sold due to non use, no other reason.

Talked to my dad this week, he is willing to let his car go for 10,500.00. If I can get under pics I will, but my description in the original post is honest, there are patches under the front seat that aren't the best, but nothing has changed on the car since purchased 8-9 years ago. Thanks, Tom

Whats the deal with the rear sway bar? it looks like its mounted on brackets that hang down from the lower control arm? Is it not mounted to the lower control arm directly?
