I have not seen or heard of this one before.
It has the highest VIN I have seen on a 74, could it be the last 74 built? (2V87X4N171834) Looks like a very nice car, although it has a few modifications. |

that's what i like about the registry, ten years, 50-some thousand miles and a new owner. that "1" magically disappears when it's retitled and it becomes an xx-thousand original miles car. to bad for the seller that a previous owner did the right thing. With my new gauges in place i could've legally registered mine to read what the gauges say and i'd now have a 3,000 mile SD.

I guess after I have mine painted it will have 4000 miles rather than the 104,000 that it really has. The registry is good for this as long as previous owners are on the up and up.

Pretty nice looking car. The restoration work looks to be top quality. The detail items could use some work. 75 and up dash bezel, screw clamps, ugly overflow bottle, black booster, wrong floor mats, underbody mufflers with headers.
The paint and underbody detail look great. The engine color looks to be pretty representative. A beautiful car that will bring good money. Too bad for him he didn't offer it two years ago when the market was at it's peak.

Wholly crap, and honest seller. Here is his response:
I was just showing the car to a gentleman and he mentioned the odometer as showing 53,000 not 83,000...this was an error on my part. I have over 40 cars s forgive me as I cannot remember everything. Based on the registry info I would think that the mileage is 153,000, although with a documented nut and bolt restoration does it really matter? I appreciate your correction, please don't get me wrong, but it is not the same as hours on an aircraft. Thanks for the valued information and I will post this comment.

What a sweet looking garage it's in!
The wood look floor is a nice idea, I'm sick of seeing every garage with black & white checkers. Nice looking car, It's nice to see one restored corectly with out Honeycombs & a Hood Bird. Many guys throw on options to make it look rare this one catches your eye by being "plain looking"

I like the garage/barn too!
Do you suppose that wood floor is better than cement in terms of controlling condensation? K

Looks like they are stained and sealed nicely and the building is climate controlled. I highly doubt condensation is a problem in that place!!!!

Beautiful car, and an honest seller too. Good price?
Just my guess on the floor in garage showroom. It is probably not a wood product, but a stamped concrete floor stained to look like wood from the control joints I see. Nice touch to look like a rustic barn IMO.
