Yep, not going to use it. It would be great fine with a small body distributor and most set-ups. I just double up the 1/4" thick gaskets under the carb to help with the Shaker not fitting well thing.
Still going back to the ported HO intake, which is plenty of intake for what I'm doing with this set-up.....Cliff

Mine fits with a factory HEI. It's tight .

It went to a good home!

Installed. Runs very strong. Looks good. HEI fit (BARELY) with a bit of filing down on the distributor cap.
