old Adam 12 tv episode with Orbit Orange GTO
Thought I would share this. Also have a thread in the lobby on old tv shows with our cars in them.
Found another good one! An Adam 12 episode with the 70 orbit orange GTO also used in 2 lane black top and Baretta. starts at 18:57 into the show http://www.imdb.com/video/hulu/vi1705050905/ At 21:21 you can see a pretty good shot of the rf corner of the GTO. The front bumper is badly misaligned and there are black Ram Air stickers on the hood and black scoops. It also has Keystone classic wheels Love these tv shows from the 60s and 70s that show a lot of outside shots. You really get to see a lot of neat cars and related things in the background.

I'm absolutely hooked on '60s and '70s TV shows and movies because I love spotting the cars in the background. In fact, I was watching Adam-12 yesterday and the subject they were chasing was driving a gold '67 Chevelle SS-396 with black interior.
I also love reading the store signs, gas prices, looking at the products on the store shelves, the clothes, etc.

So, apparantly it was originally optioned with the Judge package? then had the names removed? You can tell it is an automatic when the guy hops in the car and they take off. Does anyone know what happened to this car after the mid 70s?

Season 3 episode "Poachers" has a 67 GTO at the 20:54 mark and a glimpse of a parked red one earlier in the episode.

I was watching it recently where the perp was driving a '66 Chevelle SS 396. Also, on Dragnet recently, they had a APB out on a guy driving a '1965 Pontiac GTO'...never got to see the car though...
And speaking of Kojak, I was watching it recently and noticed that a guy they were after was wearing a windbreaker that looked a lot like one of those old red 'Judge' jackets...but no Judge emblem showing. Just as I was pondering that, he walks up to a 1970 Orbit Orange A-body with black interior and a Judge wing on the trunk...and again, NO callouts anywhere on the car!

"Columbo"
This is Season 2, Episode 3: "The Most Crucial Game". Private investigator Ralph Dobbs (played by Val Avery) is seeking out Columbo so the LT can give him his license back (which he absentmindedly forgot to do). K
