With whatever head you run you should do some cylinder Bore Intake valve chamfer work.
Here's a picture of a iron head that started life with a 1.96" valve and then fitted with a 2.02" valve . The wood in the first picture represents a 350 Bore at .030" over, the second picture is shows the chemfer that's needed to get that 2.02" valve unshrouded a good amount.

Your Exh valves kissed your pistions, not your cylinder wall is what you posted, no? I don't see what that has to do with a Intake valve chamfer I gotta say!
