Default ‘67 LeMans with AC clutch fan noise

I finally have the LeMans running well. It’s really a pleasure to drive now. But one thing that I’ve found is that the clutch fan is very noisy. It’s the original 19.5” AC fan in the original shroud, with the Hayden HD clutch that I bought from one of the popular vendors.
It’s loud enough that I can barely hear the exhaust. Especially when I step on it. It does work well for cooling.
Would a fan without the clutch be quieter? I’m not sure if that’s what’s creating the noise. Would it affect cooling? I’ll leave it as is if I have to, but would like to know anyone’s experience with this issue. Thanks.
