Probably not too bad of a price in today's climate and whizzbang on 70 TA 4spd #s cars.
The extra set of real wheels and original tires helped the value.

One poster commented he inquired about the hood , bumper , and dash bezel , for under 4k
How do those numbers break down ?
Is a hood $3000 ?

Another poster commented that the White 72 that just sold was an Auto converted to 4spd.
I missed that detail , anyone know more about that possibility ?
A correct 70 TA hood is not cheap, probably at least $2000 for the hood, plus bodywork, paint and a new stripe. The 70 dash bezel is about $1000. The nose is easy enough to do, but between finding a good candidate, body and paint, and replacing the nose bird you'd be into it for a decent amount.

Definitely not the cheapest stuff to correct.
