Where are you located Mgarblik? I have never seen a satin black Napa Gold filter. Ours the last several years have always been gloss black. Before that they were always white. That one is clearly coming from a different supplier.

I'm curious now if the difference is the area of the country we are living, or because our Napa is privately owned....or???
