I am trying to fix the dash that was slapped together incorrectly from the previous owner.
My car is a 1970 Gto , rally gauges with clock.

I have a few questions I would appreciate your knowledge about. I have attached 3 pics.

1. What is the name of the part I circled in yellow? I would like to buy 1 but don't know what it's called to do a good search.

2. I have 2 pics of grounding straps. Does a 1970 use the small L-shaped straps? I have seen pics online and didn't see them OR is the other pic of the three grounding straps all I need?

3. Does the headlight switch need to be grounded? If so how?
