Decal Questions

Two questions for the experts here:
1. On a '69 Judge painted Carousel Red what color should the "Ram Air" decals on the hood be - white or black? I've seen both.
2. Should the lower Ram air pan on a RA3 engine have the decal that says "Keep your GM car all GM" ? If so, where should the decal be placed?
