New Roller Rocker Arms, and what else?

So fella's,

I love the idea of a simple rocker arm swap netting 10-20hp. The cost per dollar seems to appealing to pass up. Here's the question; What else is needed to swap from the stock 1.5:1 rocker arms to a nice set of 1.5:1 full roller arms? It should be an easy swap if staying with the same ratio, right?
