Cracked A pillars
Both of my A pillars are cracked; and have been for a long time.
I dug into there, to see what is going on. I was surprised at how much filler was in there. how are these repaired? |

Grind out the old filler, reapply. In some cases you can re-weld to build it up and use less filler.
Its a major stress point as the body twists over bumps, or when jacking the car. No way to avoid cracking but the less filler the better.
