As far as I know you have to check the VIN number through PHS. Anyone can add all the parts to make it look like a Judge. Marc.

It has the Ram Air knob on the dash, but only way to know it's Judge or not is PHS

To bad you couldn’t open the hood to see if it has the ram air engine in it still. Like has already been said it could have had parts added but looking at its age and condition it could easily be a judge. It’s a long shot but you could also give the rally wheels a good look to see if they are original and if they have trim ring marks on them.
