GTO Restoration in California?
Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a good , trustworthy resto shop for my 69 Judge? I need a shop with a purist mentality - that I can trust not to swap out my rust free deck lid for their buddy's deck lid from Detroit, etc. The closer to San Diego, the better - Thanks!

There should be plenty down your way, but if not I know a couple up in the San Francisco bay. http://moal.com/ and http://roybriziostreetrods.com/

Wrong direction from San Diego, but I have a family friend who used to work at Advanced Restoration in Sacramento. They recently restored a lot of the Barris cars like the Monkeemobile. Mike, the owner, is an old Pontiac guy from what I hear.
