Custom solid roller per Tony's specs. Used with 1.65 rockers.

Edelbrock round port heads. These started as Kauffman ported heads for a previous 455 that flowed 330 cfm. They were still in fine shape after the 455 blew. Tony wanted to work them some more for the new engine. A lot of time spent porting and reshaping the combustion chambers got them to 360 cfm. Was cheaper to improve these for the time being, rather than go with a set of Tiger heads. However Tiger heads may be in the near future.

Victor intake. Tony reworked the intake quite a bit. Some changes done to actually kill some bottom end torque. Sounds counter productive but this is a small tire street car.

Sweet ride! Excellent job. I really dig the look of your car. What were the final dyno numbers? What kind of track times are you seeing?

How much stall do you think it needs? What tires do you run at track and on the street?

I need to talk to Continental and give them the specs again but my guess around 3200, I do more street driving. I have 295's M/T drag radials on there.

What are the fittings on the side of the intake-N2Os? Or vacuum for street stuff like PB?

Can't wait to hear what Continental recommends for a converter. That should be an interesting conversation...you've got a 571 Pontiac?

Sweet build. Same shortblock as in my 65. Gotta love the torque of the 4.75 arm.

That 571 would be an ideal candidate for a 3.25 or even a bit taller gear.
Mountains of torque.
